Through emphasizing natural variation and centering gender diversity, You-ology: A Puberty Guide for Every Body aims to normalize puberty for all young people. It is a resource perfect for students in third to fifth grade, their caregivers, educators, and other education and health professionals who engage with students of this age. During this one hour webinar, join the authors of You-ology as they discuss this impactful resource and highlight some important lessons in the book including natural variation during puberty; gender diversity and puberty; and tips for engaging young people in conversations about puberty. Additionally, we will discuss the book’s alignment with national public health and school health standards as well as additional opportunities to gain CE credits through reviewing the book.
